Friendship book, white pages with edged cardboard cover, stapled, approximately 4 1/2" x 5", free. Created and published by G. Louise Barton in York, Pennsylvania, USA. December 1995. Created for Liz Weiszcsecinski. The idea of a friendship book is that it is created by a friend for another friend as a penpal contact book. It gets passed around through the mail or in-person to people whom neither original party knows, and when full, it gets sent to the person for whom it's intended, while giving everyone who participates new penpals along the way.
